Coaches Comments.
This was a tough game to lose, but the positives outweighed the negatives by a lot. I was really proud 
of the team, I think they gave a fantastic effort. Southwest is a Division 8 playoff team, and we gave them all they could handle. We had our chances to win, but field position really hurt us in the end. I believe the wind hurt us more, because it took a lot of our passing offense away. Even under such windy conditions Corney threw very well. Palmer had an outstanding game receiving, and Emmons continued to be an outstanding linebacker with double digit tackles for the 3rd game in a row. The real season starts this week with Banning, and the first three games have helped us prepare for the league season. Everybody is 0 and 0, and the league is wide open. We will need to have a great running game to keep the ball away from Banning. They have a lot of speed, and will be running the Wishbone option attack. Our defense has been the strength of our team, and should keep us in every game.
